Le Domaine de Capelongue est de ceux-là. Délicatement posé dans son écrin de verdure surplombant Bonnieux et les collines du Petit Luberon, le Domaine du Chef doublement étoilé Édouard Loubet est un havre de bien-être et de gourmandise. Côté Tables, le Chef propose deux ambiances : gastronomie à La Bastide et cuisine provençale au feu de bois à La Bergerie. Côté hôtel, 2 ambiances encore, entre chambres de La Bastide à l’atmosphère provençale authentique et suites de La Ferme conjuguant déco contemporaine et matériaux nobles. 2 piscines également : l’une faisant face au clocher de la Vieille Église du village, l’autre un bassin de nage de 40 mètres taillé dans la roche des Claparèdes. Côté bien-être, le Spa Tulsi offre une parenthèse de douceur, un voyage sensoriel régénérant entre hammam, massages sur-mesure et soin signature. Et puis, les potagers en permaculture et le poulailler qui fournissent le Domaine en plantes aromatiques, légumes, fruits, œufs frais et qui sont les témoins de l’immuable volonté du Chef d’offrir une cuisine responsable, citoyenne, consciente des enjeux de demain. Le paradis existe : il est à Bonnieux et c’est Édouard Loubet qui l’a créé.
There are places where time seems to stand still, where serenity reigns as soon as you arrive – a place which will forever remain etched in your memory. The Domaine de Capelongue is one of these places. Gently resting within its backdrop of vegetation overlooking Bonnieux and the hills of the Petit Luberon, the Domaine belonging to the double star Michelin Chef, Édouard Loubet, is a haven of well-being and indulgence. For the restaurants, the Chef offers two different environments: gastronomy at La Bastide and Provençal cuisine using a wood fire oven at La Bergerie. For the hotel, there are another two settings, the Bastide rooms with their authentic Provençal atmosphere and the suites of La Ferme, which combine contemporary decoration and noble materials. There are also two pools: one facing the clocktower of the village’s old church, the other, a 40-metre pool dedicated to swimming carved out of Claparèdes stone. For the wellbeing of guests, the Spa Tulsi offers a gentle pause, a regenerating journey of the senses between hammam, tailored massages and signature treatments. In addition, the permaculture vegetable gardens and the henhouse that supply the estate with aromatic plants, vegetables, fruit and fresh eggs, bear testimony to the Chef’s enduring determination to offer a cuisine which is ecologically responsible and aware of the challenges of tomorrow. Paradise exists - it is in Bonnieux and it is Édouard Loubet who created it.
