En 2020, le restaurant Casadelmar rejoint LES GRANDES TABLES DU MONDE, prestigieuse communauté internationale de tables étoilées. À l’intérieur ou sous les pergolas recouvertes de glycines, Grill et Lounge Bar proposent une carte gourmande plus internationale à déguster avec vue sur la baie de Porto-Vecchio : ceviche, black angus, salade bobun, lasagnes à la farine sésame et sarrasin, aubergines et brocciu ou encore spaghettis aux langoustines, câpres et gingembre...Le dimanche, hors juillet-août, un somptueux brunch gastronomique aux produits d’exception se déguste en terrasse.
