Longtemps relégué à un matériau pauvre apparenté à de la « boue séchée » le béton a su trouver sa place dans l’architecture moderne. De tout temps, architectes et entreprises ont su faire évoluer ce matériau aussi bien sur le plan technique qu’esthétique en travaillant main dans la main. L’entreprise Perez BTP basée à Porto-Vecchio en a fait depuis quelques années son matériau de construction privilégié en bâtissant un bon nombre de villas individuelles et d’immeubles de logements en béton banché. L’architecte Charles Versini, gérant de la société PRVP Versini associés, collabore depuis quelques années avec l’entreprise Perez BTP. Tous deux ont un point commun, la passion pour la construction et la rigueur du détail technique, chose qu’ils arrivent à maîtriser dans l’utilisation du béton lors de leurs nombreuses collaborations sur divers projets. Le béton est fait avec des matériaux naturels et recyclables, et contrairement à d’autres matériaux comme le bois ou l’acier, il fait partie d’une chaîne exclusivement locale. PRVP VERSINI architectes associés, est une agence d’architecture créée en 2016, basée au coeur du 6e arrondissement de Paris. De la conception à la réalisation, entre Ajaccio et Paris, l’agence prend en charge des projets de construction et d’aménagement divers : bureaux, logements, villas individuelles, bars, restaurants... L’équipe est composée de six architectes aux compétences diverses allant de l’architecture à l’ingénierie en passant par l’urbanisme.
