Il y a 20 ans, installé à Propriano d’où il est originaire, Jean-Marie PEDRO révèle son talent dans l’aménagement d’espaces professionnels et de bureaux. Quelques années plus tard, passionné depuis toujours par l’architecture d’intérieur et le Design, il souhaite s’investir dans des projets résidentiels et offrir un certain art de vivre, conjuguant confort et convivialité. Ainsi, il crée en 2016 son showroom LARICIO ESPACE CONTEMPORAIN à Porto-Vecchio, dédié au mobilier contemporain et à la décoration, qu’il a entièrement imaginé et mis en scène. Il exprime désormais sa passion dans des aménagements conçus avec des solutions sur-mesure, mariant matériaux nobles et design. Mais sa vocation ne se limite pas à suggérer des inspirations. Pour Jean-Marie, la qualité des échanges avec les clients est très importante pour bien interpréter leurs désirs. Toujours disponible et très à l’écoute, il établit avec chacun d’eux des relations basées sur la confiance et la transparence. A chaque mission confiée, il analyse le lieu et son environnement et fait preuve d’imagination pour repenser, optimiser et valoriser les espaces. Pour cela, il n’hésite pas à bousculer les à priori, à jouer sur les volumes, les matières, les couleurs et les lumières, suscitant des émotions et créant des ambiances personnalisées. Rigoureux et perfectionniste, il s’attache à sublimer les détails, à rechercher une belle harmonie entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur, et fait de chaque projet un lieu de vie agréable qui répond aux attentes de sa clientèle.

20 years ago in his native Propriani, Jean-Marie PEDRO went about revealing the full extent of his talent by designing and fitting out offices and work spaces. A few years later his passion for interior architecture and design came to life with the desire to invest in more residential projects offering a certain lifestyle with a blend of comfort and conviviality. In 2016 he opened his LARICIO ESPACE CONTEMPORAIN showroom in Porto-Vecchio to showcase his collections of contemporary furniture and deco. Today he expresses his passion through tailored designs that combine high-end materials and stylish elegance. His calling however does not stop there. For Jean-Marie, the quality of the exchanges he has with his clients is of the utmost importance in his interpretation of their desires. He is always ready to listen and advise to create relationships based on trust and transparency. For each project he analyses the location and the environment then uses his imagination to rethink, optimise and enhance the spaces available. He doesn’t hesitate to shake up preconceived ideas, he plays with the volumes, materials, colours and light, conjuring up emotions and creating unique styles and atmospheres. As a rigorous and talented perfectionist he seeks to enhance details, to create a form of harmony between the interior and the exterior, making each project a harmonious place to live, in line with his clients’ highest expectations.
